Genome After Party is a suite of pipelines designed using Nextflow to perform a set of standardised analyses on assembled genomes. These analyses include:
- Sequence composition statistics
- Read alignment and associated statistics
- Completness assessment with BUSCO
- Genome metadata and statistics
- Genome quality assessment with BlobToolKit
- HiC contact maps and other plots
